Nice park but as usual rules no enforced. Park model tenants drive through open lots for a short cut and cars parked on grass. Nice staff and good location.
After a month here not 1 of their rules were enforced. Just get rid of your rules so people know what to expect.

All Sizes Welcome
A group of us stayed a week last year (May 2021) so that we could attend the annual Jeep Jam on PCB. Our group consisted of a variety of rigs, from a Super C to a Fifth Wheel to a luxurious gooseneck horse trailer. All of which were welcomed, and none of which had an issue with size or maneuverability. We enjoyed the swimming pool, and appreciated the clean and affordable laundry.
Looking forward to next months visit in our (new to us) motor coach.
P.S.
The zoo next door is an added bonus.

Well manicured park many amenities: pools ,tennis court, sand volleyball. They even have an outdoor dog bath. Would definitely come back. Our biggest difficulty was you have to drive to the beach and there’s no place to park once you get there for public access

Clean Park
Decided to book a weekend trip. Didn’t see any staff members only the guy picking up the garbage due to COVID. Park is next to a zoo the next morning we looked through the privacy fence and saw a Tiger. We will be back on our next Florida trip

Very Nice Park
We just stayed here this past weekend (April 2019). The park and amenities were spotless and very well kept. The staff is friendly and professional. It’s a little tough to get a reservation, but that’s anywhere near the beach in a nice park. I highly recommend It for anyone staying in Panama City Beach.
We will definitely go back.

Very Nice Park
We had a very nice stay the month of March. The park is well kept and clean. You can see they have done a tremendous job cleaning up the park after Hurricane Michael. Level concrete slabs with plenty room for 40 foot rig and car. They pick up your garbage at your site everyday. We enjoyed some of the events. It is dog friendly. Only thing that bothered me was they don’t enforce the 5 mile speed limit. All vehicles zoomed by at 30+ MPH including staff golf carts & staff trucks.

Nice, Will Return
Site 38, level concrete pad, some palm trees and grass, looks great since hurricane, pools, small ponds (saw an RC boat zipping around one...cool), laundry, activities, nice bathrooms and showers, quiet, nice folks at resort and local area, close to the beach (short drive), close to great shopping (Pier Park, Seaside,...) and restaurants, pet friendly, nice resort will definitely return

Oasis
This park is an is excellent condition after Hurricane Michael, albeit with fewer trees. Bathrooms are clean and modern and the campground has many amenities. Larger rigs
may find negotiating the inner roads challenging but the pull through sites can accommodate large rigs. Nice campground!

Tight For A Large RV
This place I DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR A 40/45 ft MotorCoach!!!! Very tight quarters.... narrow streets with trees making it challenging to get in and out. Satellite dish didn’t work here because of all the trees. They do provide cable.

Retired
This park has been sold to sun communities.
You are no longer permitted to place any items on the site other than on the concrete pad which take away your rv, leaves little if any space. Very disappointed

Very Nice Park
Spent three nights evacuating from hurricane Irma. Very nice park. The sites are close together, but nice vegetation between the sites makes that more bearable. The staff is super nice and helpful. Site was long enough for my tow without disconnecting. Utilities were well placed and worked well. Great cable with lots of clear channels. Wifi not so good. I would definitely stay again. We camped at Emerald Coast RV Beach Resort in a Motorhome.

We stayed there 7nights and really enjoyed the campground. Would have liked not to have been on the end. The road was really close to the front of the camper. But that is the only thing I would have changed. And we will go back again and again.

Great Park!
We stayed here for a week, as part of a large camping group, and really enjoyed it. Very clean and neat, nice bath houses, two nice pools, and decent shade. You have to drive to beach, but plenty public beach access points within 5 min drive. Close to tons of restaurants, stores, and amusement parks. Staff was very friendly. Will definitely stay again!
