Great Fam Camp

Great Fam Camp with big spots with lots of room compared to any private RV park. Concrete pads are a little small, most RVs will not fit on them but the land around is gravel and level. Total length easily fit extra large rigs. The Fam Camp is going back to a normal recreational RV park and are taking reservations again. Who can stay is limited so call for eligibility. Some of the pictures are not from Tyndall Fam Camp but the Navy Base RV Camp in Panama City Beach. Tyndall does not have a beach at Fam Camp.

Good Place For Military To Stay

Since the hurricane, place looks different with all the trees and shrubbery gone. But still a nice and clean park. There r no reservations available and active duty have priority as people living in Panama City were displaced by the hurricane. has laundry room and recreation room for gatherings. Price is 15 to 25 a night. Staff very helpful

Great 4Day Weekend Get Away

My wife and I drove down from Midland GA to Panama City to spend 4 days down in Tyndall AFB Fam Campground, Panama City, FL. From the time we called and talked to Mike to make our reservation we knew it was going to be a great time. The sites are leveled with a slab of concrete which made leveling very easy. Lots of tree shade helps easing the sun. All sites have full hookups 50/30 volts, sewage, water and cable. Wi-Fi was a little weak but not a deal breaker. Price fluctuate between 15 to 25 dollars. They have an overflow park area with Electricity, Cable and Water (No Sewage) for 15 dollars. Rec Center has big screen TV, table games, Showers and Laundry room. Also by front Office there are bathrooms and a Sewage Dump site. Its close to many Restaurants, Stores and the beach... Awesome place for us. I recommend it!!!
