Nice campground in the Everglades and Big Cypress area! Extremely quiet and very large sites. Owner is extremely knowledgeable about the area well worth staying just to listen to him. Great little reptile exhibit at the camp store! Don’t expect a resort, but if you want to stay in the Everglades with electric and water this is it!

Good Location For Local Attractions
Not a bad place it’s nota resort just a campground , we stayed two nights, great location for Air Boat rides at Captain Jacks (What a great time) in the airboat.
No sewer hook ups but does have a dump station. Our site was not mowed so grass was tall but we didn’t spent much time outside due to it being August and just too many bugs and don’t leave your outside lights on at night or your RV will be covered in bug.

Basic and priced right
Stayed for two nights. Friendly staff. No, this not an RV Resort, but it is also not advertised as one nor is it priced at $90 to $125 a night either. The sites definitely provide elbow room and privacy. I think it overall provides a very good value and alternative for the general area; with room for improvements overall.

Not Bad, Just Old
Quiet campground, kinda old and run down, but quiet. Spent one night, probably not again, but it was late and we needed to stop. Hot showers a plus. Semi clean

Where Kids Are Not Welcome
Paid 60$ for a 30A and water site, no sewer. Bathhouse creepy, spiders and roaches, showers broken. No pool, no wifi, no tv chanels. I mean, i don't need all those hookups, but for 60$... They charge 15$ more for each people...that means 30$ for the site (honestly a fair price), plus 30$ in extra for my two 14yo boys! I think the national park beside is an obvious choice. Avoid this place!

Don't Go - Extra Charges!
I travel with my familly, we travelled all North America, and have a great expérience on rving...
This campground is ok for the landscaping in the Wild. BUT we had a réservation, and they overcharged 15$ by kid for one night!!! Was there with my two youngers... It's a chance, I have 4 kids! They said It's the price, kids pay 15$ a night! Big motherhood tax! Restrooms are ugly, we took showers in RV!
