Showing Wear
This is an older KOA and it is showing wear. Some sites look unusable, roads are crumbling, half of washing machines are broken.
The internet is hit or miss, mostly miss.
The shower/bathroom are adequate, but dated. Reminded me of high school shower room.
On the plus side: There are lots of mature live oaks with Spanish moss. There is a nice pool. It is 20 minutes from a manatee rescue park, and 30 minutes from Cape Kennedy space center.

Get what you pay for
Easy to get to and smooth check in. Friendly staff. That being said...Store is severally understocked. Several long term residents with messy sites. Site was not cleaned from last camper. No activities as promised on website. Reserved for several nights, left after 1st. Good for quick stop but never staying again. :-(

OK
I stayed here because it was convenient to the bioluminescent paddle I was doing. I’ve stayed at many KOA’a and was disappointed at this one. A ton of full time residents in run down RVs and unkept land around them. A few residents living in tents. My spot was decent and park does have beautiful mature trees. Spots are narrow. It was ok for one night where your mostly using it as a place to sleep.

Nice Place, Poor Service
Spaces are back-to-back & very close side-by-side, but pretty with mature trees. Bathrooms need updating. My experience was marred by poor customer service in that we had a mix-up on the date and ended up paying twice. The woman who checked us in on Friday evening said she couldn’t do anything about it, so I emailed the management but have not even had a reply yet, 10 days later. Will not return.

Perfect Place
This is the perfect place for a overnight stay or longer. The sites are large with easy access. Lots of local attractions with Daytona and Cocoa Beach very close by. My hat off to staff Tara what a pleasurable change to most RV parks. She was very nice and meeting your needs was important to her. Great customer service. Thank you KOA Titusville you made my 3 night stay memorable.

Horrible place. Mostly full time residents. Trashy. A fight broke out during our stay. They had a gun and the police came and took the residents away. Be careful if you stay here.

Nice for a weekend
We stayed here for a beach weekend. Very friendly staff, clean park. Our trailer 33 ft long with a slide out, concrete slabs. We travel with our army of kids, so playground was adequate, pool was clean. 20 minute drive to the beach was great, went to National Seashore beach, loved it. Great place to watch a shuttle launch.

Great Stay!
Our very 1st time camping. We got our RV Saturday morning and drove straight to KOA. Easy to get to. Really nice, friendly and helpful staff, as well as other fellow campers. Got a great spot to park the RV. Was even able to see a rocket launch from Cape Canaveral. Pool was closed, but that was ok. A little chilly to swim. Thank you to lady in office to lend me coffee filters! Will definitely be back to this campground. Wifi a little wonky, but didn't miss it. Had a great time relaxing. Become a KOA member and save money!

Nice Place
We stayed Memorial Day weekend 2016. Park is large, full timers are in a different area from the recreational campers. Most RV sites are concrete and there are about 50 tent sites with 100% shade! Expect all the normal KOA amenities.
