Great Location
Managed to get a site without a reservation; pretty good for this time of year. Sites spaced okay, some larger than others. Bathrooms are clean but dated. Very nice park along the water, and a fishing pier. Quiet except for the occasional train on the other side of US-1. Verizon service is spotty. We’ll stay again.

Nice Campground
We had read many bad reviews of this Campground, but decided to take a chance anyway ...& so happy we did!! Guess it depends on expectations. There aren't concrete pads, but they allow mats on the sites, which we've found many Campgrounds don't because of the damage to grass. Also no campfires due to the drought situation. Loved the proximity to KSC, however the launch was delayed, so we couldn't stay. We found the staff courteous & helpful.

Bad Experiance. Take Heed
Well this weekend was our 2nd trip there. 1st one went well. This one NOT AT ALL! First when we got there they had moved our site. I asked the"ranger" politely Why did you move our site?
His very very rude response was "Because of the size of your camper and if you don't like it we will refund your payment and you can just leave". Well his response set me off and I told him so. So then we get to the new site and there's a campervan there which is ok except their awning is facing us, this one of us can't have the awning out. They go talk to the SAME guy and he tells them very rudely to roll up their awning. Come Saturday our neighbors left in the morning. Come to fix d out this site had not a lick of shade ALL DAY. Being that it was 96 degrees and not pleasant at all we to decided to leave. NEVER TO RETURN AGAIN. CUTTING OUR LITTLE ADVENTURE SHORT.

Excellent Campground On The Water
Beautiful well maintained waterfront grounds with dog park and fishing pier. The campsites are nice all power hookups, great wifi signal at campsite. I saw manatees off the pier at night. Very cool.

2nd Stay
This was our second visit. The park is always nice. Very full because of spring break. County parks can be quirky. My son brought a small tent for the kids to sleep in. Not allowed. Even though the number of people on that site was only 4. Don't understand that. Everything else was OK

Very Nice Park
We had a 4 day getaway. The park is nice and quiet and very relaxing. Nice people and handled the COVID-19 very well. A great pier for fishing or sightseeing and is directly across from nasa for a great launch.

Weekend Get Away
We live in Orlando and just bought a new travel trailer and wanted to work it out before our 8 week trip. We were so pleasantly impressed with this place. A dog run next to the water, easy kayak in and out, clean, organized and friendly.

Nice Park But...
Office customer service experience has been the single worst entire time I've been touring the US past 15 months. Good price but Unwelcoming office staff, latest park check in time I've seen in the U.S. at 3p and you'll be rudely turned away or charged extra. They usually don't answer the phone or return messages. Their online system doesn't work. I had to drive over 2 hrs each way to make rez. Dogs barking all the time all around me owners are away. The spaces along the highway US1 have alot of road noise, the train rumbles through close by, the pool is not heated. Damage from hurricanes still has sections closed. Otherwise it's pretty, well located, clean and well located and well priced which is why it's full! Managers have long rule list. Good TV air channel signals. If a more customer centric management to make it a more pleasant experience, thats why only 2 stars. And those darn barking dogs!

Awesome County Park
We’ve stayed here before and have always had a great experience. Several sites are closed due to hurricane damage as of this posting. The waterfront is also closed but you can still see the VAB for any launches.
The sites are all grass but include full hook-ups with sewer but no cable TV. We paid $26 for the night and had to call to make the reservation, their online site wasn’t available for reservations.
There is a great little bar a block away and there is a Publix down the road as well.

Stayed For A Couple Days With The Family
Awesome place well planned out perfect view of KSC and in a quiet part of town. Planning on coming back in a couple months
Con: dumpsters are in the front but after dropping off you have to drive around to get back due to one way streets.

Treed Sites
Jetty and foreshore still under restoration, but dog area is open. 3 services available for a reasonable price and the restrooms are cleaned and serviceable. Nice and quiet if away from the road and a rumble of trains not disquieting. Overall a nice park.

A Great RV Park
Very helpful staff. Maintenance crew quick to replace circuit breaker. Heavily shaded from Florida sun. Right on the Indian river. Enjoyed my stay & will return.
