Enjoyable Stay

Previous reviews are correct. This is predominantly a mobile home park with a few available campsites. That said, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were even able to get a waterfront site. This park is immaculately maintained. Nice pool areas, even one next to the beach, with private beach access. Office staff were very friendly & accommodating

Nice, But Not Family Friendly

Nice park. Well maintained. This is basically a (park-model) trailer retirement community. It's a very nice place for elderly folks looking for social life etc., but do not bring your kids here and expect to be welcomed by the residents. Events are 18+ as well, so families aren't really accepted. You should even expect negative comments if you bring your kids to the pool. If you can catch an uninhabited pool or sport court you'll be fine though. The beach access is great for the kids too.

WiFi

To those who say no WiFi . There is WiFi and cable tv. The front desk will give you a voucher to pick up a box from Spectrum or they will come and hook everything up which is what I did to avoid the hassle of hooking up and having to call for activation. I went there in the afternoon after we were all set up and they had an installer here at noon the next day and had WiFi and cable tv running in half an hour.

We were heading south on A1A, had know reservations. Called on the way to see if they had a spot for that night. Very nice lady on the phone, checked and they had a spot. Very clean and we'll kept.

We came with our travel trailer for the weekend and was awesome, friendly staff and neighbors, great location, highly recommended.

We got here yesterday and enjoyed the river pool and the Atlantic pool, saw the dolphins swimming. The park is 1st class and we loved it!!!! We would rate this 5 stars

Great Stay

We arrived on April 7th and stayed through April 10th . From the start the folks at the check in desk were helpful and polite. Park is huge with 3 swimming pools 2 tennis courts and a hot tub. One pool is right on the beach. All the people in the park are very welcoming. Only down fall is no Wi-Fi but hey we were on vacation and a little disconnect is sometimes needed. A little pricey. Will definitely be back!!!
