Clean, level, and quiet. Many amenities. Offers veteran discount. Concrete pad was level. Bathroom is kept very clean. This was my first time visiting and definitely not my last.

Nice Park!

Evacuating from Daytona area due to Hurricane Ian, found this park on ParkAdvisor and Good Sam (discount)). Highly rated on both! Very nice gated community with plenty of acreage. Level spots, long pull thrus, decent wi-fi. 50 amp, water , electric. About 5 miles off I-10 so very quiet but not much in the area. Planned to say 1 nite, stayed 3. An hour into Tallahassee where I went to Goodwood Home and Garden and The Grove; hubs did Antique Auto Museum. Highly recommend all 3! Will return again sometime as I didn’t get to go to the cute little town of Monticello!

Awsome Place

Great park all level sites with concrete pads with full hookups. Awsome staff. Nice 9 hole golf course that can be a little challenging. We had planned to stay a week but stayed a couple of months. Facilities are clean and well maintained. Owner and staff very willing to help anyway they can. Highly recommend this part.

What A Great Find

New park with plenty of space between sites. All sites have concrete pads, water, sewer and 30 and 50 amp service. Located next door is a nine hole golf course that is quite challenging. Quiet, and the staff go out of their way to make sure your stay is pleasant. Short distance off of Interstate 10, with quite a few restaurants close by. You won’t be disappointed in your stay!
