Great Trails And Park, Campground: 2 ⭐️
Beautiful forested park with several easy hiking trails, some with great views of the Suwannee and limestone springs. The campground is small with sites that are not level, perpendicular to the road (tougher to back in) and made of sand with large tree roots, and because they are not raked, leaves and pine needles. It’s great that the sites are E/W/S, but the S at our site is a bit uphill from our RV, and as we all know, scheisse flows down, not uphill. Sites are close to each other, and although the campground is forested, there are no low shrubs between sites, so there’s no privacy. Verizon & AT&T are spotty. The bathhouse is relatively new with nice showers, but the showers are not clean (moldy) and the drain…well, drains should drain, right? Not these.

Shaded, little elbow room or privacy
Nice state park with access to the Suwannee River. There is a scenic hiking trail along the river. The campground has a few sites with vegetation and space in between, but most sites are close together and have little vegetation. The restrooms were clean and the camp hosts were great.

Lots Of Easy Trails.
The sites are sand and leaves but reasonably level. Plenty of trails in the park. Fishing is good on the Suwannee but a challenge due to the steep 20 foot banks. If you’re looking for quiet, this is the place. Not much near by so bring what you need.

Clean, Nice Setting
We were here on a very cold and drippy night. Nice grounds, would be beautiful on a warm sunny day. Sites are close together, the site dumps are uphill from the parking, which is odd. Bath house very clean, warm showers, sites are not level but clean. Nice trails.

Nice smaller state park. We have a 30 ft 5th wheel and it was pretty tricky getting into site 4. Lots of low hanging trees and obstacles. We saw lots of larger units on other sites. It is beautiful, but sits are small compared to most other state parks

GREAT
A nice quiet campground. Volunteers were so friendly, restrooms were clean but cold. The floors were always wet where they hosed them down and not really mopped. No heat and it was a little chilly taking a shower. But, we will probably come back!

Nice Little SP
Stayed 2 weeks. Lots of trails. Pretty quiet here in December. Only dig was low water pressure for the first week due to mechanical issues with the park's water tank. Restrooms were clean and decent.
