Nice
This is a nice place. Basically it is a really nice equestrian facility that happens to have RV pads. The pros are that it is spacious, the sites appear to be level on concrete pads and patios, lots of space to walk around or rent a golf cart. The Cons are that they never personally answer their phone, and they are slow to call back. Although the spaces are relatively spacious they are not very private. No trees, landscaping or anything but grass and gravel. The pads appeared to be laid out for mid entry units (towables, fifth wheels and Newells), so if your a front entry coach your stepping onto grass. And, this place is a bit pricey for what you get. I can say much about the clubhouse and pool, as it was closed. This could be a five star place when they open everything, add a few trees and landscaping, and expand the concrete patios. Oh yes, and put staff on that will answer the phone.

Good Place
These photos were from my site during the Leesburg Bikefest just 10 minutes to the South. A little expensive but very nice with all the hookups and open space. It is a horse ranch and there are not shady sites. Good for seeing stars!

A Touch Of The Good Life
It’s hard to believe you’re in an RV Park! There are over 200 acres and only 60 RV sites (with some more promised in the shade).
A good restaurant with very good food and live entertainment! A museum and delightful activities most every weekend from horses to dogs to who knows what, and as a guest you are also provided free admission to whatever the weekend ‘s event might be.
A nicely appointed clubhouse and a welcoming pool. You would be hard pressed to find anything not to your liking. They even have indoor pickle ball courts!
My only complaint is that it is too close to me, only seven miles away. It was our best first night in our new Class A

A++
Level spots, room for slide outs (and patio ramps if you’ve got a toy hauler). Very nice pool and club house. Website is easy to use for reservations. Elegant surroundings. All in all a super place to camp.

New To This RV Life
Great high end park. Quiet, and on top of a hill.
