Great Location!

I love the sleepy town, very close quiet and beautiful beaches, great food and bars nearby, clean/nice amenities, but the trains...the Flippin trains..., it felt like the movie my cousin vinny... it's almost unbelievable... you could be deaf, and it would shake your soul... Not saying, just saying. Great place, but the trains!!

Very Loud TRAINS ALL NIGHT LONG

Place is very well kept, clean neighbors are all nice. The caveat is the train is adjacent to the park and sounds its horns every time all night long. Not peaceful. Kind of spendy.

Enjoyed The Stay

If you want a little luxury in your stay, this is the place.......what you expect in every rev resort you stay at. They do have the age restriction to the coach you drive, the grounds are manicured with care. At every site, you are afforded your own gas grill.....no sir, you don’t have to drag out you coals and stoke a fire, a clean gas grill for your use. I was a bit annoyed that folks walking there pets are allowed to stop by an let them do there thing, they should only let them use the outer perimeter of the rev sites. All in all, it is a great location.

Nice Facilities BUT................

Very nice facilities but many many problems. Fist off you better like trains because you will have long freight trains EVERY HOUR on the half hour blowing their horns at 12:30, 1:30, 2:30: 3:30, etc all night long. The management will lie or threaten you if you complain about anything. All they want to do is sell houses they don't care about the people renting they just want your money. If you have a problem they will promise you the world and not deliver a single thing that they promise. Their construction Crews leave screws all over the place and you're guaranteed you get one in your tire. I had three this year the last one requiring total replacement of the tire. There are some very good people working in the office Gabby be guest service coordinator was excellent and very pleasant to work with however her management has been some of the most incompetent management I've ever seen anywhere. It started out being a nice place but has progressively gotten worse. I would avoid it.

The Very Best!

This is by far the very best RV resort in the nation. We’ve been on the road with a major country music star since March. We’ve been to 30 states and dozens of RV parks. Ocean Breeze crushes them all. Great location within walking distance to great food and nightlife. Amazing facilities, On the water, pool, gym and bar area. Wish more resorts were nearly as nice as this one. And all for a very reasonable nightly rate. Will be coming back here for years to come!
