Live Oak
Very clean and quiet, friendly staff but very overpriced. For one night it was $106 I expected a lot more.

Great RV spot close to everything 30a, and so quite and peaceful, showers and restrooms were clean and well maintained. I did do laundry and someone did take one pillowcase out of my washer and it was never seen again. I’ve heard about people or kids messing with laundry items but we’ve never ran into a problem until here. But other then that it’s a great spot with tones to do and rent. Staff is wearing masks and maintain the property very well. If we are ever in the area again we will be back.

Solitude Campers
Very nice park plenty of room between sites and very quiet. Pool is open boating kayaking and park models for family also. Great for children and bicycles. Beaches are close by across the bridge. Campgrounds sites in Destin are full very close to each other and Live Oak is better. Publix 4 miles away on 331.
Cons: cable is poorly and constant boat traffic along with not paying attention to speed in campground.
However have enjoyed the quiet of social distancing. Stay safe and enjoyed!

Nice Place
Sites were nice. Pavilion area was really nice. Pool was small but nice. Only negative I can think of is the price. Great place to stay when the state parks are full.

Nice park but not nice people. You may notice the other Freeoort RV park full and Live Oak half empty.

Nice
Nice concrete pads, picnic table and fire pits on every site. Decent space between sites for a little privacy. Not always common where we have stayed in Florida. Most campers are very nice motorhomes and fifth wheel. It's a little off the beaten path but you can get to several beaches by car within 30 minutes

Clean but crowded and way too expensive. The nearby state parks are much nicer for a lot less money. I won't be staying here again.

Very nice camp. Bring a kayak and bike... pool on site. It rained really hard though, and drainage was an issue. Water puddles up at the edge of the concrete pads and just sits

There 4 months during this winter. Landscapers never blew off concrete pads. Grass clippings and shavings on camper..truck..chairs..and lawn furniture. Had to clean it up myself. Only 2 washers and dryers for 100 sites. Your lucky if you can get one. Staff that worked on the grounds were great but I was told one day while talking to them that they were told not to be talking to the campers..hum...Several dead trees that overhang some sites. Be sure not to get one of these sites. A limb broke and damaged a satellite on a motorhome. Lot's of dope heads in area be sure you lock everything up. The sheriff's office does patrol the area sometimes 3 to 4 times a day.Other than that scenery is pretty.

Very Nice
Easy to get to, quick check in. Very clean & well maintained grounds, beautiful giant oak trees. We had back-in site #90 close to "Bark Park"...largest & best enclosed dog run ever. Plenty of snowbirds, everyone very friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Nature Surrounds
Easy access. Some slots are better than others. Try to get a wooded lot for better privacy. Facilities are very good. You can fish, kayak, etc on the waterway. Great spot for the family.

RV Camping
Nice campground. Clean and quiet. Great fishing or kayaking. Off the beaten path but close enough to the beaches and shopping.
