We recently stayed for a month and we loved it. The space for our 36ft rig, there was a spot for us to put our extra trailer with no fee. There was a big lot for tents but none were there so we used it for our dogs. There are 5 bathrooms for public use with showers and HOT water, there are also 3 washers and 2 dryers. People were nice and friendly and will even let you have mail delivered. The springs nearby are amazing as well.

Not worth stopping at. Basically all fema trailers. Very trashy, no grass only a lot of ant hills.

Mediocre
Just adequate for a one night stop. Quiet and spaces are OK for a big rig. Most campers here are long-term occupants. We were careful to lock all of our bays, and doors at night. The one good feature is the shower building with individual, lockable rooms. Very modern, and clean. Plenty of hot water. Across the street is a paved rail trail for biking. It is poorly maintained, so we elected to not use the trail.
