Oddly enjoyable
I say odd in a nice way. Wandering goats, chickens and a pig. Owners are fairly new and very nice. Sites are quite large. Close to the springs and river. We’ll be back.

Electric
From their website this is a 30 amp only campground, so that leaves out any big rigs and larger campers

Rustic, Thoughtfully Run Get Away
This is a rustic and beautiful get-away spot only minutes from the north gate of Ichetucknee Springs State Park. Managers are responsive, kind and helpful. Our site easily accommodated our 33-foot 5th wheel RV and truck with room for a picnic table and fire ring. Vibe is relaxed, friendly and respectful. It was cold during the time we stayed, and the managers kept a cozy fire going in the game room, which felt amazing. Lodge and showers are rustic, but perfectly operational and extremely clean. I reserve 5 star ratings for absolute perfection, so 4 stars is a great place with no drawbacks. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Beautiful Land
Gorgeous property, very large campsites adjacent to the park. Check in is cash only payment and you are told what number your site is. This is a park good for tent and trailer camping, we saw mostly college kids and young families. The main building has recreation, pool tables and games. We saw one portable toilet out front, the dumpster is by the gate. We have a 22 foot RV, and couldn’t use the electric as our connector indicated polarity. Our first night was very quiet and it was fun watching the activity roll in. However, dogs were allowed off leash, multiple tents and vehicles are permitted per site and there is no quiet time observed. As pretty as the setting is, the activity and noise got to be a bit much in the early morning hours. For campers who like a quiet park, stick to weekdays.
Reply from owner/manager: We hope you will come back and visit again. Lots of improvements. Quiet time is observed, new management. The electricity has been gone through and upgraded. The campgprund has gotten lots of improvements and we appreciate your review.

This is a well run facility and provides its guests with the ability to rent canoes or tubes and enjoy the spring fed river and adjacent state park. It is a privately owned facility and the owner is elderly and not active in the operation of the park. The couple who run the day to day operations are fantastic !!!!!! Looking forward to going back. Do not expect concrete pads or sewer hook ups. Do expect a clean campsite, picnic table, fire pit, and nice people. This is not a glamour campsite (glamping) and I cannot wait to go back. Pet friendly.
Reply from owner/manager: Thank you for your nice review. We hope you come back and camp with us again. Lots of improvements and activities going on at the campground Thank you

Beautiful Campground
Large beautiful campsites with lots of trees. The kids loved the game room, and we loved sitting on the porch, by the small pond, listening to the waterfall. We were happy to have free internet. They rented us our tubes at a discount. Tubing the beautiful clear river was so relaxing. After tubing we went swimming in the beautiful headspring, it stayed open until sunset. That evening we enjoyed sitting by our campfire. The camp host delivered the wood to our campsite for only $5 a bundle.
Reply from owner/manager: Thank you for the nice review. We hope you come camp with us again.
