What A Dump!

Booked over the phone. Nothing works. Pools not heated. Only one of the three wash houses are open. Only three working shower stalls for the entire park! Employees always driving around but never fixing anything. When I asked for a refund they said No Refunds. No cable TV and they charge extra for electricity. Worst mistake I've made. .

Not What It Appears To Be

We thought this place was going to be nice by the pictures, they must be older pics. We were so disappointed they gave us 3 options for our 42ft 5th wheel, none were big enough, the lady said that’s the only ones we have which we just paid in full and no refunds allowed, so we squeezed in one but no room to spread out our awnings so the sun beat down on us all week, many run down full timer modular homes. If you like nice views don’t go here. Over $500 for a week for what they called premium site. NOT

Our Winter Location

Great park. Two pools, hot tub, club house, decent size sites, staff is friendly and helpful, close to shopping and restaurants, easy on and off from highway. Staying this winter too.

Horrible Park

Hated this park! Our site was literally surrounded by mobile trailers, nothing is maintained. The bathrooms and exercise room are disgusting. There are no rules. Quiet time is a joke. Dogs barking and motorcycles zooming thru the park at all hours. Never will we stay here again!

Sounds like we are staying on Interstate 75...very loud. Could keep spots a little more up to date.people are very nice.Many older units here permanently not well kept. Don't think we will come back. Lots of nicer RV parks throughout Florida.

Beautiful Park, Friendly People!

I can't say enough good things about every aspect of this park. Clean, we'll maintained, pools, hot tub, fitness room and club house were very nice. Everyone amazingly friendly. Average age was 45+. Very few children (we like that). Access to shopping, beaches, eating was great. Beautiful walking, biking park next door a short walk or drive away. The RV spaces were not packed in, you had some room to move around. Parts of the park were close to 75, as was our site, but didn't bother us any. They let you pick your own spot - great feature! Would definitely come back!
