Signed a contract just the other day. Read the rules and understood what was mostly common sense. I am a working man and all I wanted was a place to crash after a long day and signed on for a year round site. In 24 hours the owner informed me I couldn't park my truck at my sight. She states it's too large but is basically the same size as the dually double cab trucks in my circle. I parked it at the center but then felt this can't be as I have a disability and walking that distance after working will land me out of work. Since I showed her my handicap sticker and requested she reconsider, she now is threatening me and getting police involved and left a note for me to remove my trailer. Im not sure if she is kicking me out or wants me to move my work trailer which is within my site and I see no reason I would have to move that either. This is plain crazy. Guess I need to search my legal rights and pursue assistance in this matter. If this is friendly and hospitable it's just not right.

Year-Round Campground

Friendly place and fairly well kept though there are a few old trailers. We stayed the month of October so the bathrooms and pool area were closed.
