Dumping and water fillup
Dumped a small grey water tank and toilet, and filled up 21 gals of potable water for $10. Very helpful!

Decent Urban RV Park
Spaces are a bit tight and no shade but otherwise not a bad place to stay. Next to a nice park - even saw a deer one morning. Bus stop to downtown Denver a short walk away but the trip can take some time. Uber might be a better choice if in a hurry. Staff was very friendly and even provided an adapter for my 30 amp service. Different pin configuration than normally encountered. Would definitely stay there again.

RV park in commercial area. No grass, just rocks. Spots were tight but level. Polite and friendly staff.

We stayed for 2 nights. Laundry was economical at $1.25 per wash and same for drier. $42 per night for full hookups. Spots are close together, but residents were friendly. Easy to get in and out. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Park next door was great for getting energy out of the kids and dog.

We ended up staying for 38 days in January and February while Phil was having back surgery. We have never stayed somewhere that had such friendly and accommodating staff! They were concerned about Phil before, during and after his surgery. They made sure that we were comfortable and safe during our entire stay there, and went above and beyond more than once to accomplish that. It was a joy to spend time with them there, and if we are ever back in the area we will stop back in to visit them again!

Never been here, but, today we will try to get a spot. We live south and are coming to the Rockies/Tigers game, and, must leave trailer/RV here, so, security a premium, hope experience pans out great!

Nothing bad, just ok.

Excellent Overnight Stop
We booked a spot here for one night and were very happy. Nice shaded site, overlooking next door Prospect Park, very quiet and enjoyed walking around the lake. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Good All Things Considered
Small site, but that is to be expected in Denver. Staff was very helpful and nice. Bathrooms clean, but make sure you bring your own everything... Including trash can. Good for and overnight or short weekend.

Because of my line of work I spend a lot of time at RV parks in the western part of the country. This is by far one of my favorites. The staff is always very friendly and the park is clean with plenty of large shade trees, but not so big they block your sat signal. The location is perfect for cycling because it's close to a bike trail. It's also close to a truck stop and several restaurants. I hope to be back soon.
