Beautiful Area Close To Red Rocks

As stated, this is a beautiful recreational area. The campground is nice. Make sure you fill up with H2O before going to your campsite. One thing, our site was terribly NOT level. Most sites we saw are not very level. Too bad the campground designers didn't work this out.

Excellent Stay

Week stay was wonderful! Close to freeway to access everything but quite and peaceful. Lakes were closed but they had archery and horse rides in the park next door. After hours access and nice walking or biking trails around the park. Staff was friendly and helpful and sites were cleaned and raked every day! Fire pit was there but banned during our stay. This place is a hidden gem in town to get away from it all but still have access to the city. Will stay again
