Nice Showers But Not Much Else
I’m new to the RV Park life but this was not worth the $100 a night by any stretch. Great bathroom/shower facility and cute store but the rest was dismal. Sites are not maintained. The “grass” was so spotty leaving mud at the site every morning after the sprinklers. No fun with a dog. The picnic table was old and warped. Beautiful setting though and Palasade is a nice place to stop.

Pricey But Gorgeous
We paid $80 for full hookups, back in sites. Views are unreal. Pool is small, "playset" is a bunch of boulders stacked in a sand pit, laundry was clean. Very well maintained.

Nice Spot But Spendy
Liked the campground. It was spendy but really nice. Hosts we're nice. Only issue was the gravel site sprinklers hit dirt and made mud where the stairs were. Muddy dog feet...

Gravel Parking Lot
For $50 we got clean showers and electricity. This is more like a nice big parking lot for RVs. No shade trees and a train that whistles nearby. Beware light sleepers.

Came For A Wedding..
Got here 22nd for a wedding the 23.. had planned on leaving the 24 but this place is great and decided to stay thru the 25th.. looks like it is maybe 2 years old at best and everything pristine..heated pool, restrooms and showers are excellent. The only problem I found was the address listed is not shown on Google maps or
Garmin GPS.. instead of 985 north river road, I used 3891 and comes right to it ..if in this area again, will use it...

Beautiful but pricey n limited options
Very beautiful setting. Views of the plateaus and access to the Colorado river. However for the price and location this park does not have many amenities. Have to walk or bike 3 miles round trip to pick up anything from the store.... They really need to have some items available in their shop. Everything is in full sun also. Gets REALLY hot during the day. Paid $380 for a week here. Their website totally over sold it. Also a giant pot field is directly next to the park. They left that bit off the brochure lol.

Great Views and Wine
The hosts/owners were very friendly and attentive. Super clean. Very dog friendly even a dog play area. Totally worth the price. We rode bikes into town and around to the wineries. Bring binoculars to look for bighorn sheep on the mesas.

Outstanding location right on the river surrounded by vineyards and orchards Facilities are top notch. Owners are friendly and helpful. Layout is well thought out. Spaces are big enough so you can stretch out and relax.

Gorgeous Park, Phenomenal Staff
I was blown away by the beauty and cleanliness of the park. On top of that the staff was two notches more courteous and accommodating than other parks. I was pleasantly surprised by a reasonable rate, late checkout rate option, and a variety of sites including overlook sites.

Beautiful
We stayed here two nights and loved the campground! The Colorado River runs behind this campground so views were beautiful. Will definitely stay here again. Nice restroom/showers!

What a great spot in the Grand Valley. If you are planning a stay in the valley, it should be here. All new facility with views and location.
