Not Free
It may have been free before. But as of Aug. It is only free to Broomfield residence. Anyone else, it is $25 for one year access. Only reason I came here was because Cabela's Dump station, which is $8, was out of service.

Need a card to have access, ask inside the building. It allows you to dump only one time, for free.
