Would Think Twice About Staying Again

I am a lifelong camper. But, I think if I ever want to go back to Yosemite I would either not stay in the park, or stay in the lodge. The campgrounds are very crowded!!! Most people were considerate during our stay (4 days), but there are always a few that don’t understand the rules or are just obnoxious. And there were just SO MANY PEOPLE! I will add however, the campground hosts did an excellent job of coming around the park at various times of the day and writing citations to people breaking the rules (especially not putting food in the bear box).

Small Sites

Good view of Half Dome, but our site was small and very narrow for a tent site. Amenities are nearby, but not as convenient as the other “Pines” campgrounds. This one was also the least pretty, IMO.
