Love The Trees

We stayed here for a month in February 2026. The staff is great. We had a shaded site with a big beautiful tree. (Trees have some kind of a berry that drop). The pool and hot tubs are fantastic! We used them regularly. They have bingo two nights a week and occasionally a band in the courtyard. There’s a library, pool table, which we did not use. All in all a very nice month. There is a lot of traffic noise because it’s next to I 10. Also it’s on the Colorado river. WIFI is not the best. Our AT &T phones worked great.

Simple & Convenient!

We have stopped here a few times as we travel to & from Yuma. It is not fancy but it is quiet, clean & fits our needs. The staff is friendly & helpful. There are quite a few long term guests. There is a pool, activities, laundry & cable. Watch out for their speed bumps at entry road. They are extreme!
