Very Nice

Clean, friendly , enjoyed pool even though did not feel heated. Kinda pricey or we would have stayed longer

Great Spot

We came for a month, staying for two. Oh and buying a lot so we can come back every winter. Everyone is so friendly and the park is awesome. Even with covid it is a great place to be. Oh and happy hour at the poolside bar and the on site restaurant helps a lot too. Rates very widely depending on the month. Some activities, will be more during a normal year. Decent cable, they say the wifi isn't great but we evidently got a good spot because we don't have any problem with it.

Love It Here

We are full-time RV’ers. We are currently staying at The Palms now from the beginning of January February March and leaving the first week of April. We are first timers here, and love it. Actually even considering buying a lot here. I thought number one thing I love is the size of the lots. There are many activities to do here if you wish. There are many things to do in Yuma, plus it’s a very short drive into Mexico.

Very nice park. Very pet friendly. Huge, grassy fenced dog parks (one for small dogs and one for large). A beautiful walking trail that is over a mile long. Your dogs will love this park. And there are lots of things for their humans to do too.
