Great Fishing, Access To Shopping & Food
Clean, nice park in an urban setting on the delta. Waterfront sites are fantastic, loved watching the giant freighters glide by. Prices kinda steep at $75-85 per night with 2 nt min on weekends.

Stayed 3 nights back in January. Really enjoyed it. Quite, though was only about half full. Every spot has at least a partial water view. So cool to see the huge freighters glide by with the help of tugboats.

38 Class A
Stayed one night. Very clean resort next to a marina that is in great shape. Right on the water so you can fish or boat. Locked gate in the evenings. Bathroom and shower were in good condition. Also in one of the nicer parts/areas of Stockton. Very close to many restaurants and shopping. Easy in and out. 4 stars since only 30 amp and no sewer. There is a dump station and mobile pump out. Staff was very friendly.

RV must be 10yrs or newer?
Not sure why, but the site for reservations asks if your RV is 10yrs or newer?
Does not say it must be 10yrs or newer, but would hate to drive that long distance (180) mi. and get turned away.
Please clarify..
Thanks

Really Nice Facility 3 Miles From I-5
I am even more enthousiastic than other reviewers. This is a small (38 sites) but very well maintained park. It is part of relatively new marina with mostly covered slips and extensive covered storage. It is a gated facility that closes at 5:30 with code for later entry. The park is split between gravel back-in sites on a point, and an oval area that is asphalt, again back-in. Most all of the sites are along the boulder lined San Joaquin river. Stripper fishing right from you chair under your awning is possible. The occassional container type ship glides by with hardly a sound. The area is incredably quiet as no major industry, roads, or airport is anywhere close. The only real noise is at dawn when a few bass boats wiz by heading to the delta. All the food groups and essentials are available at the I-5 exit. We're bringing our ski boat next time to enjoy the delta. Reservations are available 6 months out. Most guests are local or have been here before. No long term residents.

Stayed this weekend and enjoyed the park. Fishing access is nice. Park was clean and well maintained. No sewer hook up but there is a dump station on the way out. I would stay again.
