Very Well Ran
The place had 85% live ins, I get it don’t pass up the guaranteed money, the 10 sites that are available are very well kept, even cleaner now than a year ago! Has a nice clean pool and hot tub. Has a gym that you can use. Is pretty quiet at night, the 10:00 quiet time is enforced. You will hear HWY 99 after the park quiets down. There is also an airport near. I understand that the restaurant is about to open again, that is fantastic! If you want Uber you must walk from the campground to the front which is a ways. But all in all a very nice campground!

Absolutely Gorgeous
We arrived late and didn't have too much opportunity to enjoy the beauty & cleanliness of such a nice facility , after traveling from Florida through ND , Montana, Orogon and into California - this was the top 2 campgrounds and the staff was so sweet - we truly enjoyed the location & highly recommend it to anyone in the area. Never felt safer and loved the amenities they provided right down to leaving your trash at your site's end of the driveway, never saw that anywhere - enjoy it and thank you all for you hospitality- Misty & Jess

RV
Stayed here for 3 weeks Very clean lots of grass and trees. Great staff. I left when I and my 13 lb dog were viciously attacked by feral cats while wallking in the park. My dog was bitten and required emergency vet treatment. I received multiple deep scratches kicking the cats away. Cat scratch fever is still pending. Management is unable to control feral cats and the hazard to campers and pets is substantial and would not recommend this campground.

Great Experience
Stayed here 3 months for work. Friendly staff. Very clean. Daily garbage pick up at site. Concrete pads. Gated. Great dog park (if people would clean up behind their dogs!!). Paid for wifi thru local provider. No cable but we have our own satellite. Lots of stray cats tearing into garbage left out for pick up. A few squirts of vinegar from a spray bottle kept them away from ours. Get a burger at the bar and grill. You won’t be disappointed!

Is It a Park Or A Town?
There are a number of resident campers here. UPS delivers in the park and there are overflow parking areas. This is not a problem, the park is well kept and quiet except for the constant hum and grind of highway 99. The pads are cement, grassy islands and the overall feel is city neighborhood. This comes through even more with numerous overhead street lights the illuminates ALL the park. It’s safe and clean and works for overnight. Oh, I ran out of water in their shower. Not hot water, all water! Prolly didn’t notice a time limit although I was in for less than 5 minutes.

We stopped just for the night to get some rest. The park was clean and well kept. Parking spots are all poured concrete with 30/50 amp, cable, water and sewer present at each site. Pool was clean but my heated. There is a fitness center, bar and restaurant but they are about 1/4 mike away from where they have you park. There appears to be a large number of residents that live here as evidence by the carefully manicured lawns of some of the residents and the school bus that picked up kids there. The location is great for making a stop overnight but I do not know why someone would vacation here. It’s located in a mostly farming/industrial area right off the freeway. Thumbs up for a one night stay.

Needs A lot Of Work
Spent a week here, electricity would go out in entire park daily, sometimes twice daily. Golf course and driving range closed. Grass was brown, watering was not occurring nor was mowing. The pool was closed. They had propane fill available, dog parks, showers (which wasn't visited), trash pick up at curb (which was odd, feral cats and black birds going through trash). Pull thru's seemed nice but the rest of the park back in's seemed small. Most had yards, not well maintained and picnic table. Overall, the park seemed to be lacking maintenance and is in need of updating. With TLC and updating this could be a really nice park. It was pretty full. Basic cable was snow through screen. No wifi available at site. Must have satellite on your RV for TV and wifi. Would like to see changes made, would come back and stay longer if this occurred. Good location to a lot of points of interest.

Overall the stay was nice, The first spot they put us in, two little dogs were barking constantly in the motorhome space next to our spot and the owner was gone. Requested a new spot, very happy. Bathrooms and shower were very clean, no problems. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub in the evening, again very nice after being on the road a long time. No problems on hook ups we used electrical and cable.

Great Experience
GREAT place! Locked gate entrance and RV spots are well off 99, sound buffered by golf areas. 2 dog parks. Walking paths, golf, bike around areas. Nice grass and nice spots. Had a great neighbor. Lots of RV spots and more planned to be put in. Bathrooms were fine, showers not so great. Lots of showers just not best shower head and my wife for a cold shower (maybe laundry room used hot water?) WiFi functioned well during off peak hours. Overall great experience - wished we could stay longer :) $39.50 per night, no discounts.
