Office lady was the BEST part of the 3. Water has lots of sediment. The “RV Park” is about half full of of permanent residents whose trailers have evolved into fenced yard homesteads and nightly party scene.
The 10 miles of roads from the highway are atrocious, even by California standards and so narrow I lost a side mirror.
Never going back.

This not the place if you need one night on the road. $45. No sewer or wifi. A long way off the road. The lady was very nice. The water was awful. Very dissatisfied.
Only stayed because of fires in Yosemite and it was available on way to Napa . 2 stars as had to put in a rating. No stars in more like it

Great Delta Destination
We pulled in with no reservation on a Taco Tuesday night. We had the tent area to ourselves. $25/night. Firepit. Clean outhouse. Right on the water. Lots of shade trees. Grassy tent site.
Short walk to a sandy swimming Beach. The resort shows some wear at the end of summer.Bathroom was out of order. Lots of revelers enjoying the DJ and $2 tacos. A lively marina. Sand vb court. Friendly staff. The music carried to the campsite but ended at a decent hour. We enjoyed our stay.
