Good Location
Friendly staff. Easy pull through access. Convenient to Scotts Valley stores, etc. There is some noise from the highway. The resort doesn't have wifi. You have to purchase it from Jabba with daily weekly and monthly rates. You'd think with a commercial service it would be excellent but we found the service to be poor.

Not What We Thought
Friendly staff, but the spaces here are extremely tight! If you want to enjoy seeing your neighbor's eyeballs when you open up your blinds, then this place is for you. Many long-term residents here. Some areas in the vicinity at the campsite are overgrown with weeds. This place is ran down. Definitely not worth the $100+ , but we needed to get out for Labor day weekend. Wifi sucks! You'll be lucky if you are able to connect. Only 30 amp max. Cell service with Verizon or Xfinity is great here. This place is only rated for 3 stars by me, only because of the cooler weather and the things to do within driving distance. For the site itself, I would rate it 1 star.

Clean place. Nice laundry room-no change machine though, so if the office is closed you need to use the vending machine. Pool and hot tub nice. Office staff nice.
