Long Term Park!
The owner Stuart likes to break into your rv! This is what happens when he met a German shepherd!!

$40
This is a joke of a place. Stayed here for one week. Second day park lost power. No power for 3 days. Gave no heads up about this and I don't have a generator so I was freezing at night as low was in 30's. On top of this, a guy moved his pull trailer next to my site (wasn't a site) and hooked into my power and water. I had horrible water pressure because of this. Told both managers on site about my problems and they did nothing to fix them and that guy stayed illegally hooked up in a non-site the last 5 days of my stay. At the end of my stay i talked to manager about refunding portion of my stay for all of these inconveniences and was given owner's number. I spoke to owner on three way call with manager, and owner hadn't heard of any of my problems. Manager told owner he texted and emailed over my issues but didn't get either...... I have called once a week for last 3 weeks and owner has excuses, and always says that he is working on refunding me. **DON'T STAY HERE, FULL OF DRUGGIES**

Much Potential
We visited this location as we moved to CA. We were looking into long term stay and even though they are mostly filled with long term clients this was not the location for us.
There is much potential with this location. The staff was great and there were some friendly people living here. There is a small pond (they call it Cali Lake) and a Koi pond. Great presence of wild life. We saw an Owl, a volture, and bats; plus a resident has two horses.
The issue was that it was lower quality then what we saw in the pictures from the website. The pool is a small above ground pool. The play ground looked really old and worn. Many of the residents just had a bunch of junk piled up and there seemed to be druggies living at the park as well. The cell reception was non-existent and the wifi kept going down. We planned on staying for three days to decide, but left early after two nights.

Paula was super nice. There was a car crash when we got there, and a scorpion in the bathroom. Lol. It didn’t look like much, but it felt safe and everyone was very nice and respectful. Quiet at night.
It’s more of a long term place.

Stayed here awhile for business reasons but glad to leave. The best part about the place is Pauly, one of the managers who always seems to be working and always there to give help if needed. Poor wifi and difficult to make a cell phone call a lot of the time. A so called laundry with not near enough machines and they call it a resort, and it is nowhere near that standard. Was also charged more than their website published prices. Would not go back.

Cali Lake
We choose Cali Lake because pictures on their website made the park look appealing. Although the manager was very helpful, the reality of the park versus the website was stark. I don't like leaving negative reviews, but don't go here unless you have no other choice...maybe not even then.
