Trees need trimming, hosts are very good people. Tight getting in and out of spaces. No dog run. Interesting place with Hollywood theme.

Great Stay For A Night

We spent a night in this rv park, great staff, they did hooking and unhooking offered a tip, he said no against the policy. Will stay again great half way point to Prescott Az and orinda ca. I am coming sep10th,

Awesome Experience

We spent a week at Balboa RV park and had an awesome experience. Staff is so very friendly and accommodating and extremely helpful. The spaces are spacious very nice picnic tables at every spot friendly atmosphere throughout the entire park shade trees very clean restrooms and showers and the park is also kept very clean and neat and all residents are very friendly also.

Clean well cared for spaces. Helpful, friendly personnel, easy access to transportation. Have family /friends nearby to visit again soon.

good stay

very friendly and helpful. we called on our way and they fit us in overflow. the booked sites look nice but we are pleased with a safe parking lot in Hollywood. washrooms and laundry area is well maintained. we can hit the road with dirty tanks empty and clean topped up. Thank you Balboa RV for our stay.

I've been here since Sept. Only planned on 13 weeks but....Great place. Super clean..great staff and owner Steve is a gem! Not a lot of choices in L.A....Glad I found this one!

This park is fine, Shane. Please don't leave negative star ratings because you weren't allowed to dump. There are many places that only allow guests to dump. But don't pass judgement on a place that already has park rules established. You should have checked the website or called ahead before wasting a trip. Yes, it's a pain that universally all parks differ in practice but again, that's the owner's prerogative. Can't give a park negative marks when rvers are looking for an all-around satisfactory place to stay!

No Dumping

This RV park is not very RV friendly. They do not allow Dumping for people "off the street" even if you pay to dump.
