Military out of Edwards. First time with trailer. It was great, wonderful beach, met all expectations.

Right now 12 Dec 2020, this RV park is only open to Active Duty personnel by direction of the NBVC CO because of COVID. The reasoning is really lame but no one. It has been scheduled to be closed for a complete redo, but that’s been a farce too. Originally, it was scheduled to be redone 2 years ago but MWR and the moronic powers that be keep pushing the time back. The last time given was this month starting but I’m sure COVID will have them delaying it once again. No one has any idea when it will be open again for Retirees etc. and your best bet is to keep an eye open for announcements on either the NBVC Facebook page or the NBVC MWR page. It’s all up to the CO. Port Hueneme is only open to Active duty also and for the same lame reason. That said, this is a great place. Google Earth it and you will see it’s right on the beach. The beach is very clean and no rough surfs to deal with. A snail has a higher IQ than some of the Staff that work there so don’t expect any questions to be answe
