Unsafe

Not much at the park basic services prices okay but get what you pay for. But always have to watch personal belongings because street people constantly come in night and day wondering around. Definitely feels like their looking for things to steal, and drugs seem to be for sale to anyone from the long term residence. Management doesn't seem to care no security.

A little rough around the edges but $20 for full H/Us, it's good if you're just passing through.

No Tents

Hey just FYI I called and they don't allow tents or truck tents.

Very easy to get in and out of open 24/7 for fill up of water I think was $5 and dump station was $5 also. This is also a place where people have their homes so you try to be quiet as much as possible. The owner of the place is very friendly.
