Nice sites nestled amongst desert brush. Some more private than others but overall quite pleasant. A very unique park to visit and amazing stars at night.

Hidden Gem
Lovely, well designed and maintained campgrounds near the Lava Lands National Monument. Drove quite a ways in on gravel road arriving at sunset just in time to see the stunning view as the sunset sent rays of violet and gold out from the silhouetted mountains. Very cool camp host who told us about all the important geological and native American spots near by.
