Overall a scary place. Long term occupants living in broken down rigs. One step above a homeless camp. Staff were friendly, but disorganized. Won't be returning

Snowbirds from Washington state
We have stayed here twice in the last two years on my way to Arizona. The park is convenient and pleasant, the contact We have there who goes by the name of “Chance” is extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating.
The park provides the basic necessities; water, electricity, sewer, propane and most important to me, security/safety off the road at a fair price. We will return! Thanks Chance!
