Way overpriced and completely rundown with no respect or enforcement of quiet hours. Do NOT stay here!

THE GOOD only about half the spots back up to the lake and have a good view. The other half backs up to the road. Pool was nice. THE OK 30 amp service. Dirt campsites. Restaurant / bar may or may not be open. High prices anyway. About 30 minutes north of Redding. THE BAD no WiFi, didn't work anywhere in the park the two days we were there. No mobile data coverage, cell service is poor/spotty. This could really be a nice park if they just address the few things that being it down. No sewer dump at the campsites, there is just one shared dump. THE UGLY somebody dumped their sewage on the road across from the pool and they did not clean it up. The next day all they did was put an orange cone on top of the human waste. Disgusting. Trash bins are usually overflowing.

Gross, just gross
NOTHING good to say about this hole. The For Sale sign may explain it.

Gross, just gross
This place is a dump. 2 washers, of which 1 was half-full of brown water. No hot water for laundry. Dryers OK. Bathrooms are cramped and dirty. Also, they are close to the squalid camp sites. Doesn't feel safe at all. Too bad because the setting is potentially pretty. I see a For Sale sign so it seems they don't care anymore?

Nice Campground
We stayed for 5 nights. Our spot was nice and level. The staff was really nice. We rented one of their patio boats and had a blast on the lake. It is a pretty area. I'd prefer a little hedge or something for a bit of privacy.

Great campground! Live band on Saturday night and the kids got to play in the arcade while we listened to music and ate dinner. The only bummer was the spot across from us was full of cigarette smokers so it was stinky. People also smoked cigarettes on the patio where we were dining, they would try to go over to a table far away but let's be honest when it comes to cigarettes the smoke carries. The staff was very nice!

Friendly Campground
The owners are very nice. They always remembered my name. I stayed there for 4 nights. The pool is great and stays open until 10pm. Friday is karaoke night, gets loud with lots of fun. I do recommend it.
