Place is really run down. Does not look like pictures on website. Place is for permanent residents and most units are run down. The pool is unusable. Roads to and from are horrible. Never saw anyone at the park to see if everything was ok only some resident knocking on the door saying someone got a DD and needed help.

This place is not an rv park. There is no golf course either. Place is run down with trash and garbage everywhere. Stay here at your own risk. All permanent residence and old rundown camp trailers.
