Nice Campground For Families

Decent big spots for trailers/RVs. Water and electrical hook-ups. Basketball courts, volleyball net, jumping pillow (5 dollars for the duration of your stay), and camp activities. Store on site. Located on the Russian River. My only complaint is how expensive it is.

Casini Ranch Never Again

Had a reservation for 2 camp sites here. We were notified that PG&E was going to cut off the power to our house, our friends house and the campground (3 separate counties). Call Casini Ranch and tried to cancel the reservations with 6 days notice and Beth (I think) was very rude and unwilling to help us with our reservations or move to a later date. We were charged for one day for each campsite. She told us we only pay for the site and not the power and when we tried to explain the we could boon-dock for free and we paying for full hookups. She told us we can go buy a generator ($1000). With so many camp grounds available it's super easy just cross them off the list and go somewhere else.

Nice park,friendly staff but, price quotes are deceptive! A 54.00 spot turns into almost 80 with extra fees and a "booking charge" WTF to call and reserve its 5$ ??? Also NO sewer at a "premium "site????

Clean And Well Maintained

Very nice grounds and the river is gorgeous. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Only reason it didn't get a 5th star is the lack of space between sites!! While there appears to be a handful that offer some privacy, most are stacked on top of one another. And don't follow your GPS to get here!! It brought us in on a road that was waaaaayyy too narrow. It made for ten miles of white knuckle driving. That drive made me pre-plan my routes in the future a little better.

Wonderful place for the spring camping. 5 minutes to Jenner and 15 minutes to Armstrong Redwoods. Large park but completely quite at 10:00. Very well maintained and staff excellent. Would stay again right on the river couldn't have had a better stay.

Expensive But Nice

Expensive, (might want to get the Passport America card first for half price) Nice variety of sites and amenities, some secluded, some right on the water. Some traffic noise if you are close to the water.

I have been camping at casini for years! I am now bringing my kids here, and love it!
