Not A Good Place For Groups

Owners started out nice, but talk about a flip once you get settled in, I don't think I ever met two of the rudest people. Our group would never go back here again. Place is not all that great, no beach front, not really walking distance to the water... quiet time 9 pm, can't even barely talk in your own site around a fire without being told to pretty much shut it down. I have looked at other's reviews on California camp group on Facebook and I have seen the real reviews about how rude the owners get once you get settled in. If you are thinking of going here just go to California camp group on Facebook and ask others about their experience here and you will see the truth about the rude owners...

Last Minute Spot Mid Sept 2020

Great people here. Clean park near Bodega Bay with hiking trails and next to community center park. Privacy fences between sites. Cyprus trees enhance the perimeter of park. Full and partial hookups.

Nice Camp Ground

I've stayed here in various trailers over the year and even participated in a RV meet up there. The trail to the bells for little boy Nicholas Green who donated his organs in Italy (google ) clean and well kept. The one downside is there isn't waterfront access unless you drive. Albeit a very short distance. Over all nice place with full hook up's.

Great Stay

Place was great to try out our new travel trailer. Bathroom and showers very clean. Dog friendly. Restaurant and coffee shop walking distance. Coastal trail from site was also a plus. Will be back during crab season :)

Retired RVer

We stayed here six nights on our first outing in our brand new trailer. The park is very clean, the staff is friendly and the sites are level. There are lots of pull through sites. There is a coffee place next door that will give you a free cup if you show your receipt from your stay. The shop owner is very nice. This RV Park is dog friendly with two small dog parks. One for big dogs and one for small. We will be back.

Excellent And Available

We love this park. It’s easily accessible and central located to coastal life. Great food and sightseeing. And beach is 12 minute easy hike. Management is very friendly. And park is quiet.

Groundskeeper is kind and easy to talk to. However, female owner(?) switched from quasi-friendly to completely disrespectful and unreasonable shockingly fast with no warning or cause. If you nod and simply say yes to everything she asks, you should be fine. But when I asked a very simple question about availability, she went crazy. Needless to say...we left and stayed at another place down the road. It was more spacious and friendly.

Stayed four nights. Place was average. Site was OK. A little unlovely. Pricy even charged you for a cup of coffee. Not able to walk into town from the park

Free wi-fi (works great) free cable TV, free DVD library, free showers (no quarters required), excellent hiking, good on-site restaurant, clean laundry facilities, well maintained and friendly staff.

Great Campground

Great campground. Clean and maintained. Dog run is small but nice. The area is beautiful.

Stayed in overflow as park was full. Still a nice area next to dog park. The beauty of this place is not the RV park but the area a must see gem.

Dog Park

Needed a place after taking a 35 ft rv on hwy1! This was a refreshing spot! Even our dogs were happy! Great place to stay!

Very nice park, easy to get into, nice sites with a little privacy between site. Would stay here again.

Great spot

This was a nice find in BB. Only about 1.5 mile walk down a fabulous trail and some on side road to the beach. Tucked away surrounded by trees which really protects the park from the wind off the coast. Sit outside, walk the trails, explore Bodega Head, Bodega town to see where the buildings from The Birds was filmed. A very nice relaxing 4 days here, would definitely come again. Pull in sites are very wide, with grass up front. Pull thrus have grass between them. Very clean well layed out park.

Nice Place

This is a nice clean campground in a resort area. The local bay and beaches are wonderful. It's great to see the great Pacific Ocean again.

Very Nice Facility

Very nice clean RV park in close proximity to all Bodega Bay has to offer. Good Mexican restaurant in front of the park and great walking trails right out of the park. We will be back!

Clean facilities, gravel sights mostly level, great location. Would stay here again.

Nice staff. Clean bathrooms. A bit away from the water but nothing is all that far away in BB. No fire pits, so bring your own. There is a small park next door if you want to go for a hike.

A very clean park and level camp sites. The managers are very accommodating and friendly. We will definitely be back.
