Understaffed And Lyers..

First, their phone system sucks. Can take a long time to talk to a person. I finally made a reservation for a month and paid a $200.00 deposit and received a confirmation. Canceled other plans I had made. And a few hours later received a call saying the lady I talked to made a mistake and now they wanted twice as much as originally quoted.. This totally screws up my plans and I am not sure they can legally "bait and switch" the agreement I have already made. I was a regular guest at caliente springs, but do to understaffing and lying to their customers has turned me off on this place..
