Rough Stay
Run down and in need of major upgrades. No hot water in the showers. Probably 90% permanent residents with run down campers. Would not stay here again. Pass this one by.

Nice Stay Overall
Stayed here last Thursday through Sunday for the first time. The park was clean and quiet, very pleasant checking in experience. For a park that is on the outskirts of town had nice spacing between spots with grass and table. Many trees for most of the spots. We stayed on a visit to our son who is stationed there. Also enjoyed Clam Beach and the Redwoods. Would stay again is a good base camp for adventuring out during the day. Didn’t use the pool but checked it out was clean. The jacuzzi was down for repairs. Hotel next door and Mexican restaurant on the same properties.

Clean And Quiet
Nice clean, quiet place. Friendly staff. The spaces are not private, (is any rv park?) but you do get a nice size area with grass and a picnic table. I would stay here again.

Great Place To Stay In Redwood Country
The staff is friendly and the sites are clean. Bathrooms are good and I’d stay there again and again. Close to Tony’s Cafe.

A Nice Place To Park
As a travel nurse I look for convenience and a place that allows my fur baby - all 100# of him. This place works for me.
These are the nicest people running this park. Owners live on site and are continually doing maintenance. Mowing grass, trimming hedges, painting curbs and emptying trash bins. There are two bath houses and two separate laundries, a convenience store, pool and spa. In the rainy season the grass is lush and green.
Yes, the front of the store has benches where residents gather and chat. You can pick up a book or two at the well stocked lending library as well as your mail and packages.
There are a lot of long term residents, but the park is clean and neat.

Was a little disappointed when we arrived. The lawns were not green and lush like the photos. There were several rv residents, which is a bit of a turn off for me. They have a theft problem and from what I awoke to at 2am, I'm not surprised. Two transients were by the restrooms yelling and swearing. This park needs better security. It was just ok for an overnight stay, however I would not make it my destination park. I agree with the previous post about employees hanging out front of the store/office. They do need a designated smoking area out of view.

Disappointing for the price. Location is good, trees are pleasant but if they dont start making more effort
its going to run down.
Paint coming off walls in shower, light fixtures in shower are rusted, no cover so you see the insides and rust. Asphalt on pads showing wear and some of the sites are not level.
Pool looked nice but air was too cool to go in and I didn't check the temp. but spa did not look inviting. TWO times I went into store, a number of staff people were sitting in front, talking among themselves and some were smoking. These may have been legitimate breaks on both times, and employees need breaks, but you had to walk past the smoke. It did not look welcoming.

Nice And Convenient
This is a great place to stop if you are passing through. They have all the amenities and the sites are nicely landscaped. Staff is very frendly. There is a restaurant adjacent. On a walk through the neighborhood we came upon a native american medical clinic that has cool meditation gardens and beautiful artwork. Worth a look
