Okay overnighter
The park has been a little neglected and has a tired look, but site was level and access to it was good. Cable box was not working due to outdated and unconnected service. Longterm residents make campground look even more tired. Bathrooms were good.

Won't Be Back
I am just getting to doing this review after much deliberation. The woman that runs this park shouldn't be doing business with the public as her manners are lacking and she was quite rude and disrespectful. Aside from that the park COULD be quite beautiful if someone were to take care of it properly. It is a pecan orchard and sits by the river but be warned it floods on occasion and we didn't get that warning and were forced out within a few hours of arrival. Be careful at the play area it didnt look safe. And just beyond there is what looks to be a junkyard. While it appears they were upgrading the wash house and bathrooms they were neglecting yard work and flower beds. On my travels across the US this was quite literally the only place I will never see again. Such a waste of such a beautiful piece of land.

Nice Park, Lots Of Shade
Big, pull through sites, full hookups, with plenty of large shade trees. Very pretty, new bathrooms that are completely private and new laundry facility. They were remodeling the office and gift shop when we stopped. Very friendly folks, and this park is definitely on our “will stop again“ list!

Also, you do not need the cable converter box as there are good local stations available.

Beautiful Park In The Works
This is A gorgeous old campground. Beautiful old trees. Appears as though they are working on it to make it even more inviting. No store. Few amenities. Perfect for an over night stay. Quiet.

Great Place To Stay
This was our second time through and stopping here. We really like this place. It’s quiet yet right off I-40. The hosts/ owners are very nice and accommodating. We called just an hour out and got a space. We have a small camper trailer so we are easy. The individual restrooms are very clean and nice. We went ahead and bought the Good Sam’s membership to shave a bit off the bill. The most important things to me is cleanliness and safety and it helps to have a nice environment, this has it all!

We needed a place to stay, they were very friendly and accommodating, and at a good price. The campground has potential to be beautiful and very nice, but I found it to be crowded and very unkept, The bathrooms have been remodeled and laundry room has been remodeled, they are in an old building that look shabby.

Road Trip 2018
On our way home to Bay, Arkansas from a 3000 mile trip. One more stop before home and called the park to see if any sites were open. Left a message and she called right back from church. Said she had plenty of spaces and to just go ahead and pick one out and we could settle up later. The park was one of the nicest we’ve stayed at. Very shady with big trees. Met the owner the next morning and settled up. Very nice. Park was decorated for fall. Would stay again.

Overnight Stop (twice!)
We stayed overnight in the beginning of August and again on the way back a few weeks later. Very impressed with area and people! Everyone was super friendly both times we stayed. The area was nice and definitely beat the dirt lots we had stayed at in other states. While there is not a designated dog area, there are plenty of trees and grass and squirrels so our dog was happy! Nice private bathrooms as well. Would not have minded staying for a longer time had we not just been passing through.

Needed a place to stop and rest on our trek home from the east coast. While being next to the river is a plus, this RV park needs some attention. Buildings with bathrooms and laundry have not been painted in years, hillbilly style construction. Sheet rock thrown up without finishing tape, mud or paint. I washed my rugs in the washers but would not put any of my clothes in those machines. I didnt even bother to look inside the bathrooms. Way too overpriced for dirty (spotty gravel) muddy sites. Freeway noise does not bother us. However, the siren going off at noon today did. We are in Tornado country. While the skies were storm free, it was still a siren, and we are right next to a river. Flash flooding is what went through our minds. The owner did not even mention they do a weekly test of the system when we checked in yesterday. 2 Stars for their location and potential and the sites are fairly level (if new owners care to give this place the attention it deserves). No dog run, wifi ok

WONDERFUL PLACE TO STAY
By far, this is one of the friendliest parks we have stayed in. Owners are very friendly. With our 38' Motor home and open car trailer, we had no problems at all. As the owner said, easy in and easy it. He was right. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone traveling. Thanks again for all your hospitality.

Beautiful, shaded pull through spaces. It has a boat ramp into Lee Creek which is a tributary of the Arkansas River. Really enjoyed kayaking in it. Didn't use the showers or restrooms.

Right On The Lee Creek
Delightful proprietress. We were delighted with the newly remodeled bathrooms. You have total privacy with toilet sink and shower. The views are beautiful with mature trees offering shade and the meandering Lee Creek ( which looks more like a river to these Arizona folks) Cable tv with 1000s of channels. I would have given it a 5 but there is no doggie area although pets are allowed.
