Great Park
The park is very clean, well spaced back in lots. Very close to Crater Diamond State Park. Great wi fi. Sarah is a gem, fabulous host. Loaned us equipment to go diamond hunting and gave us a lesson and tips on how to search for diamonds.

Great Park
Very good small park. Previous reviews were right. About rates and benefits of staying here. The State Park is nice also, but we met a lot of friendly people here. Note that there is no TV reception, so bring evening entertainment.

Will Return
We went diamond hunting on our way back north from TX. No room in the Diamond Crater Park, so we tried this out. Glad we did. Very near the park, but the road’s not busy, so quiet. It was actually cheaper than the state park campgrounds. If you stay 2 or more nights, you can use their equipment for diamond hunting for free. And, like the other reviewer said, they gave us a little training on how to do it. We have our bucket of rocks to look through at home. Fun!

Great place! Very friendly and helpful host! Willing to loan equipment so you can dig at the mine. Offer classes on what to look for, and help you when you bring your washed rock back. Highly recommend! Full hookup, pet friendly. Reasonably priced. Sites are spaced nicely, not crowded. This is our 2nd time here. If in the area we will return!

Diamonds Are A Girls Best Friend
We stayed 3 nights. Great little park, courteous hostess & host. Backed up to the road, but traffic lessened at night & was no problem. No shade to speak of except a crepe Myrtle we could sit under for shade. Had a little trouble with getting level. Had to use extra septic hose to reach the septic drain. Luckily we had one. Park is well managed & maintained. One mile from the Crater of Diamonds, but don’t expect much else in the area. Very small town, close to a lake if you have water toys. One dryer gave some issues, but the hostess & host took care of it & refunded me. Not too many places to eat, so come prepared. Would stay again. Felt safe.

Great Hosts, Great Park
Our hosts have been phenomenal, accommodated our late arrival and helped us with lessons and equipment to go find some diamonds! We only came back with gravel, but we would stay here again in a heart beat!

Pretty Area
We stayed for 2 weeks in April. The property was clean and well maintained. Everyone was very friendly and the price was great. The sites all had a firepit and picnic table. The camp was close to Crater of Diamonds State Park as well as several crystal mines. The downtown area was adorabe. We would stay again if ever in the area.

Great location
We stayed two nights and had a wonderful time! The location is perfect to Crater Diamond State Park and the downtown area! We spent the day digging for diamonds, came back to the camper for a late lunch and then went into town to get ice cream at Hawkins. All around a great experience! Would recommend this campground to everyone!

The Good The Bad The Ugly
The Good, The Bad, The Ugly The Good: easy to find, mostly level gravel sites with full hookup. SUPER friendly staff (esp Sarah). The owner even moved our trailer for us with his ATV. Amenities are in great shape at the sites and in the laundry and bath house. They offer free use of equipment that is in excellent condition and a free class as well as a place to relook at your dirt from the diamond mine. Dog and kid friendly. The Bad: none The Ugly: none We were meeting relatives here. We had a wonderful time with the park so close to the crater. We would definitely stay again.

Staying here was fantastic! Campground hosts were friendly, helpful and welcoming. The small campground was clean, well- kept and quiet. They took time to teach us how to search for diamonds (dig, pan and sift) at the local Crater of Diamonds and hosted an exciting night time gem hunt for the kids. Should we come through Arkansas again, we will go out of our way to visit this campground. We highly recommend it!!
