$38
Nicely Priced For What It Is
This park is nicely priced for what it is. It offers full hookups for $38 a night. The location is great for access to bike trails and the university. We have stayed here several times visiting our daughter who is a student there.

Ok For One Night
We stayed here for a week in March 2020. I would never stay again unless it was for just overnight. Lots are small, park needs a lot of work and utilities need to be updated. The worst thing about it is the industrial neighborhood. A Tyson plant is next door and is LOUD. There is banging all day and some nights as workers bang on grain trucks getting all the grain to dump. One night there was a loud alarm type noise that ran til 6 am. Almost unbearable. The traffic is also busy and loud. After a week, we were so exhausted from lack of sleep, we had to leave. Never saw the owner the entire week. Paperwork is filled out at a table on the open porch. You leave your check in a mailbox on the wall. No credit cards. Did not use the restrooms or laundry so cannot comment. Cable tv not great so used our own satellite. Internet not good so used our own cell phone data plan. Even at $38/ night, it’s not worth it. The traffic noise may be better at the back of the campground but not 1st row.

Tight Squeeze
The lots are very close together, the owner is hard to get a hold of, the hookups are very redneck, the Wi-Fi SUCKS, and the 1 bath house is not air conditioned nor does it have adequate ventilation.

We stayed there, nothing fancy but full hookups. Parking on gravel. Handy to Rogers and Bentonville
