Minimum Length Change
Just found out they recently changed their minimum length requirement from 25 feet to 30 feet. This change has not yet been reflected on their website. We are 27 feet so would not accept our motor home.

GRADUATION
We were here for 1 month, space 101. Park is clean and quiet. Lake is pretty, and we watched the newborn geese grow fast. Staff at the clubhouse is very friendly and helpful. Spaces are large. As previously noted the shower house is clean but dated. The laundry is a little small, only 2 washers and 2 dryers. For 113 spaces, some days are difficult to do laundry. But we found a nice laundry (sugar creek). Lots to do in nearby Rogers,Springdale.

Nice RV park. Good place to stay when in Bentonville, Rogers, Fayetteville area. Safe. We don’t golf but looks to be a good place if you do. We visit area often and this offers a safe place to park RV.

The Good The Bad The Ugly
We visited Rogers AR and the state parks we normally stay at were closed for the winter. A friend recommended this RV Resort. When we called for the reservation, they asked us the age of our rig. First time in 30,000 miles that has happened.
The Good: they were open and we needed a place to stay. Easy access. Large (70’) level concrete pads. Clean rest rooms. Small clubhouse with bar food and store with sundries. Friendly staff easy check in. Super pet friendly.
The Bad: Their water pipes froze and we had no water until the sun was up for a few hours. No table or picnic area to sit outside. A pretty good drive from a major highway. Your rig has to be under 10 years old (older rigs may be approved on a case by case). No conversation vans, pop ups etc.
The Ugly: The Price, $55 for a pad (Albeit full hook ups, WiFi, and cable). We are used to paying prices like that at a beach resort with pools and picnic areas, but not in a country setting.

Excellent Spaces
This is a very nice campground experience. Bathroom and showers are clean. Laundry on site. Each unit has sewer, water, electric, and cable TV hookup. Its everything we could ask for.

Disappointed.
Pads are concrete and level. However very closely packed and no fire rings nor picnic tables and little shade. Great place if you plan to play golf all day but otherwise not so much. Expected more.

Outstanding RV Park
Good concrete pads for leveling and good golf course for the obvious. Good staff and support. Recommended for Motorhomes and fifth wheels.
