I'm Coming Back, That's All You Need To
This is our first time here. We pulled a pop up down and stayed 4 nights. The camp ground is quiet, store is awesome and has lots of random stuff you may need. Staff are friendly, don't plan on running in and out, conversation is a must. The proximity to Branson is nice, ~1hr. About 30mins from Horseshoe if you're a climber. Plenty of falls in the area. We only got to go to Hemmed In Hollow, due to weather, which was absolutely amazing. We would have loved to bring climbing gear and stayed the whole day there in the gorge and on the stream. We just got home but I'm already looking to come back. The location is great. Can't wait to kayak the river...

We stayed 2 nights. Beautiful campground - all new facilities. The girls working the store are very friendly. Ask about the hike to Hemmed in Hollow - a must do. The only reason I gave them a 3 you have to pay to shower .25 /min. I haven’t paid to shower since traveling through Canada. I feel $50 a night should include a free shower.

Clean campground
This place was an amazing find!
It will become the barometer by which I measure all other camping sites!
An immaculate little campground with a fully- stocked outdoors supply store, gas station, and deli.
They had 3 RV sites - easy pull-throughs with 50amp connections, and readily available converters if you left yours at home. Waste dump area was clean and easy to access.
9 or so tent sites with picnic tables and fire pits surrounded a small grove of trees, and were close to a small pond. Finally, 6 raised and rentable tents were clustered in a group, ready to accommodate the less-prepared overnighters, and you could rent mattresses and the like for comfort.
The restrooms and showers were the cleanest and fanciest I have seen at any campground. Airconditioned and seemingly brand new, these are luxury stylings for a crowd used to smelly and humid camp bathrooms.
I cannot fathom why we were the only folks there on a Saturday night. Give this place a shot over the nearby lesser options!
