Yes its no longer a KOA. Under new ownership. Looking better they are doing a lot of work on the property. Very nice people. Check it out...

Pretty Run Down
Used to be a KOA but it's in pretty poor shape now. Nice enough owners. Majority seem to be full time occupants. Several large dogs running loose.

Looking for a few more days on the road before going home. Being labor day weekend coming up, not much to choose from in camp areas but this one was available. Use to be a KOA, but now believe it's locally owned.. not bad, pool was good and clean but closed at 6pm. Showers ok but rooms need some upkeep.. would stop again if needed...

Great Stop For The Night
We bought our very first RV in Lowell, Arkansas and decided to stop here on our way back to Tennessee. The park is no longer a KOA, but the signage is very good and the place is easy to find. Just a few miles off the interstate. The check-in process was very informative and friendly. There’s a little store and the bathrooms were clean. The pool was little yucky, but we were there in October, so maybe they just hadn’t closed it for the winter. There are pull through gravel spaces that are mostly level. Pretty hassle-free and quiet. A nice little pond and a dog park area. Would stop again if we happened to be in the area.

Nice And Quiet
We barely fit in the pull thru but enjoyed the one night we were there. Over looked a small pond.

Not a KOA park. Still nice, a little small on lot size. Friendly.
