Our first time staying in Yuma, usually here only for the day to visit out Marine grandson. Very hard to find space this time of year. The manager here was very accommodating, working to get my 35' 5ver a space. She got my daughter a space right across from me, even though we were only staying 2 nights. Park may not be the newest in town, but everything works, the park is clean, sites are level gravel with concrete patio slabs. All the people we met. With one exception, were very friendly. Easy to walk my 2 fairly large dogs out on the road along the canal, with a park just down the road for longer excursions. I would stay again. A Passport park.

Stayed here many a winter.
Wonderful people, fun things to do and close to shopping for everything you might need.
I actually missed the place after 18 month stuck on the Canadian border waiting for the American border to open.
Happy to be back in Yuma.
Try the place it's a bit dilapidated but ever so friendly

DO NOT STAY HERE
There is a very aggressive dog that is loose. We mentioned it to management but he's a permanent resident and did not leash his dog. After 3 days (even though we paid for a week) we left.
This dog attacked my husband while on his bike, would come lunging at us every time we opened the door.
There are better parks in town, stay at any of those. This one has old run down trailers.
