Web Site Not Up To Date

OK, small sites. Office closed on weekends. Had someone in our site and another camper said " that was normal, pick an empty spot." Had class A beside us and with their drivers side slide open, could not extend my awning. Full hookups were OK. Gravel parking. Monday morning office staff very rude. Called corporate and they were also very rude. Too many better sites to go to besides this one. Chose wisely

Park and facilities are very clean. On-site maintenance person was very helpful. Property recently changed ownership. All reservations are made online at their website. Information provided by off site office was very misleading. Website does not list all available spots. Their cancellation policy is very rigid. If you cancel outside the 30 days, you get a full refund. 30 to 7 days sixty percent refund. Inside seven, you loose everything. Sites must be paid in advance. I would not recommend booking a short stay. Should be plenty of spots it you just show up. There are plenty of RV parks in Yuma if there aren’t any spots available.
