Loved This Park

Well kept, friendly people, very welcoming. The activities are attended by a good number of people and everyone is welcome. Weekly price $280 with a Good Sam discount. Great pool, hot tub billiards room, and meeting hall. Very close to shopping and good places to eat. They want you to walk your dog in the desert just east of the park. The exit to that is in the northeast corner of the park. We felt very safe in this park.

Summer Blues

This park is not year round friendly. Hours of operations change frequently and without notice, mail service is poor, electric rates are high, and customer service is not in the vocabulary of the summer management staff. There are many great year round parks in the Yuma area who appreciate their residents. My suggestion, look for one of those parks!

Very nice park. Doing a lot of remodeling and improvements. Everyone on staff super friendly.
