Nice park
We stayed here Oct 19 through 21, 2017. Cost us $25 per day. Electric and water hookups. Dump site near the office area. Store in campground carrying essentials and ice.At the time we were there they were selling gas. Well kept sites and level. Drive 7 miles to the turnoff to Wayside and you can get Verizon 4G with three bars. Quiet, beautiful sunsets and sunrises. Wild burros and coyotes will serenade you every evening. Fishermen love this area. It is a 38 mile drive from Wenden, AZ to Alamo Lake State Park on a good two lane paved road. We would make the drive again to stay there. There is a good dirt road out to Wayside, AZ and it's worth the drive (I posted a picture of the dirt road). Wayside has a restaurant, bar, store, and gas. I don't think anything is open during the heat of the summer. Check out their Facebook page.
