We stayed here for a couple months never got our security deposit back, the manager of the park named Brian appeared to be on drugs. He appeared to be a meth addict, the whole neighborhood is drug-infested so lock your doors. With all the cameras you think he would be able to tell us who stole our hose line. Stay away

City RV Park

I stayed here for 3 months while on a travel nurse assignment in Tucson. Rent is $340/mo., plus electric. $10 extra per month, per dog. Park is small and spaces are a little tight but spot was good for the price and it is a central location. The bath house has two bathrooms/showers which are always clean. The park is in the middle of the city so there are some shady people that pass by but the on-site manager is very proactive with security and making sure the park is safe. He has tons of lights and cameras, which he monitors constantly. No frills park, great price. Would stay here again if back in Tucson.

Shady Business Practices!

Extremely small with very loud traffic noise. They will keep your security deposit so protect yourself if you choose to stay here. The area is full of homeless drug addicts, lock everything. Not recommended.
