Just Don’t
Ok, so, this park is not in a nice part of town(I’m a native). That being said, the homeless people in the area are actually quite a bit more trustworthy than the park residents or staff. They offer mail service, but don’t trust it- if you expect it to actually get to you, you’ll be disappointed . If your rv is less than $250k, it doesn’t matter what happens to it, it won’t be anyone else’s problem. The electricity is sporadic, which they don’t tell you, but they will ask if you have a generator. Not.kidding. For this, I recommend checking AZ landlord requirements- it is fully legal to deduct any time you’re forced to spend without essential services from your rent. I didn’t know this until after I got to this park, but it didn’t take long to find it out. The bathrooms are disgusting, and you will have to fight off the cockroaches for space in a shower. The laundry is acceptable when it works. THIS PARK IS TERRIBLE, HOSTILE, AND THIEVING, AVOID.

Too Crowded And Too Narrow
I stayed here for a week because I had training for work in the area. First of all, the spaces are way too narrow and short. Second, some of the spots are 50/30 amp, and others are only 30, and heh charge the same price!! I have a 33 foot 5er and I didn’t have more than 5 or 6 feet of space left to park my truck. The spaces are so narrow that I could sit at my table and reach my hand out the window and touch my neighbor. At one point, the staff was helping someone pull their trailer into a pull through site, which was guarded well by bushes I don’t think that a small truck could even get into it, and she had them nearly back into my RV. For costing around $260 for the week, not worth it. I should have stayed at the RV park at the fairgrounds.

This park is dirty, people do not pick up after their dogs & the park staff go around often on their carts but never see them pickup the dog poop! Very tight between RVs & no picnic table!! Should put long term RVs in one area - not with short term RVs! They are loud getting up early to leave for work! Would only stay again if last resort!!

On The Road
Ok for short stop overs. We stayed 2 weeks but had friend in town. So was just a place to sleep. Was quite at night, but hot-goes with area.

Better than a cardboard box on the side of the road. But not much better. Miserable depressing and overcrowded.

Very nice campground stay one month and very close to the Airforce base. Summer very hot but of course its Arizona, wife hate it but i love it. The pool is also nice and well kept. Very good price for the month. Will try the fall hope not windy.

The price for one night is 34.77 with Good Sam. They except card or cash. Customer service was very pleasant. It is pretty much right off of I-10. Pilot is near by for fuel up in the AM or when ever one choses to. A good hand full of long terms here. All level sights. My only complaint is... that if one is staying over night. I DO NOT feel as if they should be put in a tight spot next to long term older campers. Gunna be tight getting out in the AM (with a pull behind). There are plenty of wide open spots vacant, easy in and out. That should be put in to consideration for a nighter. I give a 2 star for my visit.

Stayed almost a week. Cable & internet both sporadic. Truck got hit by a motor home while the guy on the golf cart from the park was directing the motor home into a space across from us. So make sure you watch your rig...don't trust them to do it. Dog walk areas were not great. Folks don't pick up after their dogs. There is a paved walk "The Loop" just past the regional park up the road though. Giving it 2 stars because the people were friendly & there were several planned activities through the week. Taco night was pretty good too.

Wonderful Park
We loved this park. Last time we came through this area, we stayed at the 'fancier' (much more expensive) park which is close by. Much prefer this one. Everything we need, very quiet, and a friendly, helpful staff. We definitely will be returning!

Off The 10fwy
This place is conveniently located off the 10fwy- by a Pilot travel center. The park is about 80-90%occupied by "monthlies" or people who are there long term. Facilities are nice. Everyone is super friendly. Spaces are close to each other; but we were okay with this.

Linda in the office was very nice and helpful, she even escorted us to our site. We only stayed one night. Spacious full hookup pull through for our truck and 5th wheel. We will stay here again.
